My phone got stolen and some body as my phone

Scary that this number calls seconds after I've left the house and never leaves a message.

Caller said someone in household had an appointment for 7-29-15 at 9am did not say who had appointment or where ,called back number and it said it originated from voice service provider you had to have lawful request by appropriate law enforcement agency to find out anything about who sent it

I forgot to mention address of who I think this all is coming from. 1190 wilder ave apt 311

This number and many others have been calling me and when I answer it says good bye and try to call back but can't so text and it says a 25 cent charge for text. I have a feeling this has something to do with other numbers doing the same thing. I have suspicions that it's my neighbor because of an Internet contract he got without proper permitting. He's is the president of our association and very fraudulent.

Call says I have an appointment at 8:15 in morning then can't understand with who try to call back and I get a male voice going very fast about breaking the law and the fbi
