I was threatened by a woman named Heather that works at this location. I have the phone number of when she called. And you can correlate with your phone records. (4:15pm as well as 2:03 pm. I actually attend to this facility. And I'm scared for my son and my safety. I have called the police and file a reacord of Harrasment from a medical facility. I'm pretty sure all Calls are recorded. I am very upset. I've been going to Doctor Mendoza since mg child was born and I am going to be taking him out of your facility. Because of the threat made from this woman towards me and mu child from a company phone. It is a shame but I Will not recommend this company even though the doctors are great. A little back story, so you understand Heather is the third baby mother of my sons father and she is upset from wheat she found in his apartment (messy and I don't care) I care for the safety of my child and I want to know why she got my phone number and how she got my phone number and if she broke hippa law. caller ID showed USA police officer

Said represented Las Vegas Police

Called asking for money for police

Called asked for me and then hung up.
