According to phone call I received today was to confirm if I received new Medicare card. I said No so her 1st question was my zip code, 2nd was when I started getting Medicare. she told me get my card and it will be on the card. I gave the info. 3rd was to verify Medicare number. After that she asked health questions, if I am diabetes, have or had cancer, I said no and she said your Medicare profile has been updated. I said what do I do w/when the new card is received, and she said then call us back. I try to call back the number it said it had calling instruction can't receive any calls. I feel its scam call. I need help how to prevent them from using my Medicare info. to get more of my personal info.
