I have both my cell and home phone number listed with the "Do Not Call" registry but this call still comes through. Don't understand it.

They will not stop calling.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and when I answer they hang up. This is very annoying and I wish they would just lose my number.

We appreciate people's input and opinions and we do pay participants for their time with many of the studies. This is legitimate scientific research. A myth about survey research is that it pertains to the 'Do Not Call' list. This list does not apply to us because we're not selling anything or asking for money. We're just asking for opinions and, for some surveys, paying you for your time and participation. Also, the numbers we call are created through random digit dialing. We don't know who we're calling initially. If you are receiving calls from this number, please give us a call back and allow us tell you about the research we are conducting. Your opinions contribute to important health related decisions that are made by your public officials.

calling all hours say they r with ny health

This lady pretended as NYS Dept of Health & kept on asking for personal info. Beware

Have gotten a few calls. If I do not know who is calling me, I do not answer. If it is more than twice, I turn off the phone. Recourse? Get your number changed to a new one. If I do not initiate the call, or recognize the caller, I figure it is spam or scam and act accordingly. If it is harassment >>> call the police.
