Calling me all day no response

Calls after 8:30 at night

I am on do not call list

Cms keeps calling my home and my number is private. I don't know how they have my number but I want the calls to stop now!

This phone number keeps calling me, and then when I pick up, no answer

Called when I am on no call federal no call list.

A female called on pretense of taking a buyer's survey. Then she wanted to give me a 410 shopping card at either Walmart or Target followed by offering 4 "free" magazine subscrptions , if I would give her CC info for a $1.99 monthly S&H fee on the magazines.

They keep calling and hanging up. The one time they did answer, they started telling me about a survey and offering magazines subscriptions. I'm on the do not call list. Why are they not following the list.

5 question survey, then told me I would get a gift cert. & immediately started taking about magazines. When I said I was not interested in mags. they hung up!

This was supposedly a brief survey, who asked generalized questions, and then wanted to reward me with a Walmart or Target gift card. Suspecting a scam, I declined, and they abruptly hung up on me! A real survey company would have at least thanked me for participating without a reward. Guess I was supposed to fork over my contact information? :P
