I was sent a message from 757 777 7233 with a video, they had guns in it, and told me I needed to pay them money.

Harassment very mean texting I received

This company is contacting me regarding someone I went to highschool with. I told them that I do not associate with the person, don't know them, haven't known them since highschool, and told them to remove me from their calling list. They refuse and have continue calling numerous times a week. They say they have the right to call once a day... but that is only true if YOU are the person they are trying to collect from. This is harassment and it is illegal. Now they are making the mnistake of harassing military and federal personnel. There will end up being a class action lawsuit filed agains RCS. I've already filled complaints with the Better Business Bureaus in several states that the company has done business out of. I would highly recommend anyone being harassed by this company take the time to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and your state General Attorney's Office. Enough is enough. Collecting a debt is one thing, but when you are not associated with the debtor whatsoever and this company continues to threaten police action, judgements, etc. against YOU, it is ILLEGAL and their company needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! We do not have to take this type of abuse from any person in the public, so why would we take it from a company? This company thinks they have power by intimidation, but they have no power to do anything but threaten you. Also... recommend filing a complaint with the FTC as they are violating Fair Credit Reporting Act.

They called here today and they have been calling off and on for some time now we do not owe anyone anything this is a scam the dumb c*** that called kept saying I was drunk and a bunch of other rude stuff I talked with the attorney general in my state he said they are being investigated I filed a complaint with the FTC and the FBI and my local attorney general I told the dumb chick that called they are being investigated that's when she started getting stupid I told her to get a real job. it is a SCAM do not give any info to anyone over the phone anyway.

SCAM Artists at their best. They scam elderly people, small children, they may even attempt to scam your pets. Stay away from this company. They call themselves Regional Credit Solutions this week, but they also go by the name of National Credit Works. Their practives are unethical, and they violate every law under the sun. This company called my mother, and informed her that if I did not pay my debit that they would have me arrested. I knew this was impossible as I live in the state of Maryland and pay day loans are illegal. I have also paid this loan out , so they would have no grounds to pursue any legal action against me. Now a month later these clowns are calling back saying that I have a second account with them that is outstanding, and that if I don't pay, they are going to have me arrested once again. I told them to stop threatening me, and just arrest me because I wouldn't have to deal with their calls. These people are a bunch of low life crooks, and I hope they get all that's coming to them. That includes James Day, Mr. Barnes, the gentleman I cursed, Gloria Irwin, the SUPERVISOR who hung up in my face (very professional) and their whole "Litagation Team",

This is a scam company! Do not mess with them. They are calling themselves Regional Credit Solutions. They are abusive and harrassing. They call everyone they can trying to reach you including people not related to you. They say there is a claim against you. they say they are filing a claim against you and you have to make a payment on some unpaid loan for an outrageous amount today. Their practices go against every law set byt the Federal Trade Commission. Call your local attorney general. Put a fraud alert on your credit. Call the Social Security office and inform them that your SS # has been compromised. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE. They are required by law to send you something in writing, they refuse to do so. They only want money and your information. They can not sue you without you being officially informed.
