I GOT THIS CALL THE NAME ON MY ID BOX IS SHELENE GRIGSBY AND THEY JUST HUNG UP AFTER THE GOT THE ANSWER MACHINE AND LIKE TO PUT A STOP TO IT

I am getting many calls a day from this company and tired of it.

Attempt to SCAM by stating it is "Windows Analysis" and trying to walk you through a remote connection to your computer

calls as a "Windows Computer Analyst" attempting to convince you of Malware on your computer and you should allow them remote access You can hear a whole room full of others doing the same thing on their phone calls.

Tries to get access and control of you computer with online programs. He also tries to sell you software you don't need. He lies to people he calls claiming to be microsoft tech support. He also lies telling his victims that their computer is transmitting malware and viruses. Giving him access to your computer allows him to get all your on line banking information and credit card numbers that might be stored on your computer. If he gets control of your computer you need to change ALL your passwords and pen numbers! I would also start monitoring your ID and credit information.

This people are very anoying they should be fine to call some one who hate telemarketers
