Called me telling me that this is a final notice. That the Internal Revenue Service is calling to inform me that they are going file a lawsuit against me. I need to call immediately at 347-708-0070 to get more information on this case file. But when I call either the phone is busy or no one picks up.

Called and said the IRS was suing me. SCAM!

March 9, 2015. Call (automated) to our phone, saying they were the IRS and are filing a suit against us for unpaid bill. WATCH OUT for this scam!

They just called me with a recorded message saying this was my last warning and they were the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. When I called back they didn't have the guts to answer.

The message that was left said that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me! Then left a 209 area code to call back! Sorry i don't think so. SCAM SCAM. They called my cell as well.

Called to report that they were IRS and were filing a law suit against me -- IRS does not do this sort of thing. Said I was to call 209-813-2710, which is a number in California. This is a SCAM of the worst kind to get personal info.

An automated call came in on 2/18/15 at 5:25 a.m. and it said "Chicago Land Title" on the directory and the automated message said this is the IRS. When I tried to call the number back, it just kept ringing with no answer. There's no way in H I would ever believe the IRS would call and I know for a fact they would not - everything is always done in writing. These annoying telemarketers need to stop bothering people and I'm also on the DO NOT CALL LIST!
