Thank you all for this info! Imagine my shock & surprise to listen to a voicemail stating that I'm being summoned for fraudulent activity using my SS#. And on a Sunday! I was suspicious because she (Dawn Stanfield) according to the message never said who the message was for. Gave a case # & said I needed to set up time & place to receive the summons. I will be contacting a lawyer! Get a real job and stop preying on hard working citizens!
They claim to be looking for someone else and the calls are always automated. Also you can't call them back. They bring up social security numbers in the message so with all that it seems unlikely that it is anything but a scam
Called me threatening me with fraud action and saying that I would be prosecuted. A woman said that I needed to speak to someone in their legal department, however I never reached a person when calling from a prepaid cell phone. Could not even put in the information that they left in the message. This is a SCAM
