Keeps calling me

Called my work number. When I asked what it was regarding the 'foreign' sounding man said he didn't know. I asked where he was calling from and he responded quickly and quietly sounded like "Justin" something's office. Needless to say I asked to take a message and call back, and he said no and hung up!

This caller keeps calling me and hanging up, my caller ID says "Bowling Green, VA"

Called my husband and said his dr. had authorized him to get a medical alert and it woud be $34.95, my husband gave him our cc #, I called same day and told them to stop it that our dr. did not order it. Goris he said his name was, said no problem he would stop it but on same day it was charged to my cc. This is a scam

+I'm not sure this is a telemarketer, He told me he is from my insurance, has a prepaid package, but doesn't know where to send it. I told him someone called me and bought and paid for insurance for me. and hung up. I wonder how many people will give him a name and address, or whatever he would have asked me. It just so happens that I am waiting for a package from mail order pharmacy, but, a call would never show up as "unknown caller".
