I discovered someone using this phone number is using my name as their own

I was on a call and hit may I call you back and he called 2 more items and I answered the same way. He asked who I was and him, he then answered in vulger comments inclusing the f word.

I received a call from this number, offering me a loan. Before I considered getting the loan. I wanted to be sure it was a real loan company and not another scammer trying to rip me off. You see I was scammed out of over $500. I know it probably doesn't seem like much, however, it is when you are on disability. This is my reason for wanting to find out if this number is for a legitimate loan company, before I call them back. Please help me get the answer to this. Yes they say they deposited money in my bank account and shut it down
