John claims he is sending a prepaid "I've fallen and I can't get up device, which will be free postage too. Says his records show someone in my family has a history of falling. Wants you to press "1" to get the item sent to us. If you phone the # back, there is a message that the number is no longer in service.

call every day almost saying have free emergency medical alert (Is a recording) we don't answer goes on machine. Needs to stop

This was more than a tlemarketer -- it was an outright scam artist bent on misleading or pressuring me into accepting "delivery" of some kin of "medic alert safety device. He started saying that he wanted to schedule delivery of the order placed either by me of a friend (or somebody). When I.i told him it was not going to happen and that the order did not esist, he started on an intense sales pitch about all the endorsements for this device and went on and on until i told him to stay away from my house and never call me gain after which I humg up. This was not telemarketing, it was an attempt to defraud.

calls and says I have purchased a product and I am eligible for a prize. Try to call and number is not in service.

They keep calling me, even though I have asked them on several occasions to stop.
