went into the store paid the full amount 36.00 and i still 3-4 calls a day

this number keeps calling my fax line several times a day starting at 6:30am. Stop calling my fax!

They call and do not leave a message. then they continue to call until someone picks up. I do not know this number, and refuse to pick up.

Lady called, said I was overdue on my account and what was I going to do about it. She was very rude and abrupt. My husband recently passed away and I have been taking care of everything. I even had to move to a smaller apartment. She wanted me to make a payment over the phone. I wanted to check my records before giving information out over the phone. Also said I didn't change my address. I did give an address change on 15 Sep and have it marked that I paid my bill. We have been with Kohls for several years and I have never been late making a payment. Why be so rude. I've decided to drive over tonight and pay off my bill and cancel my card. No excuse for being so belligerent.

Stop calling me if I wanted anything I would go to the department store
