recieved a call from this number said they were with brooks law firm and my ss number was under investigation and i tried calling back number did not go through

Called and left message it was a recording saying his name was Jason Smith

I rec'd a call today stated that I owe 2000.00 and if I didn't get back to them we will go to court or call my employer , I call the number but no answer and tried again answer machine came on

Says I owe $2000 but if I don't pay, they will call my job and have my paycheck garnished. They said they will send me papers in the mail. He said he has my SS#.

Received a call said I owe 2000.00 dollars the caller Name is Jason Smith said to call this number back and my ss # is under investigation I call back no answer and that they will get with my employer to ganish my check and cause legal trouble for me

I received a call from this number and it was from Jason Smith from Brooks Law Firm. He stated that there was a lawsuit filed in the amount of $2000, and, I needed to return the call immediately before my payroll manager was instructed to garnish my wages. When I returned the call there wasn't any formal Voicemail, but rather, the person at this number was unavailable, and, then was instructed to leave a message. However, the Voicemail box was full.

I received a message from this number stating my SSN is being investigated for a lawsuit for the amount of 2000.00 and suggested I give them a call back before they get hold of my payroll dept. for garnishment I call two times with in 3 minutes of each other and no answer but the message on my phone was Jason smith with the brooks law firm.

Going to sue me over money borrowed on a payday loan last October and November.

Very unusual call.....stating I was being sued and my As was under investigation. It was a recording. Not a real voice.
