A person who identified themselves as Calie Daniels was calling me from this number saying she was a debt collector for someone else. They called me on my personal cell phone number. Do not know how they got the number but I told them to stop calling or they would hear from my attorney.

This number calls my phone all the time. If you want to speak to some one. Leave a message. if not PLEASE DO NOT CALL. I do not know who you are or what you want. SO stop calling if you don't identify yourself.

I just received a phone call on my cell phone from RFH & Assoc. at 9139486756. Did not return the call. They said they were a debt collector, and I have no outstanding or past due debts. Caller beware.

This is a collection agency. They attempted to collect on money that was not owed (billing error on part of my doctor's office), and they were rude as hell, and continued to attempt to collect w/o verifying this with my doctor's office. I finally had to get Humana involved. If you have the same problem, report them to the CFPB, the Attorney General's office, and the BBB. I received a phone call from RFH and Associates on 08/22/2013; the person I spoke to was Bill Shears. They initially left a message on my call notes stating they were attempting to collect a debt in my name, which is not legal for a 3rd party collection agency to divulge on a machine--anyone could retrieve the message. I called Bill Shears back, and he states that I owe the remainder amount that Humana Choice PPO failed to pay. I advised him that my insurance is responsible for the amount, all I owe is the $10 co-pay, and that they obviously have made a billing mistake, since Humana PPO Choice has paid amounts worked out with in-network providers. I told him not to call me again, he began to argue with me, and I finally terminated the phone call by hanging up on him. I called back and asked for their physical address in order to report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Attorney General, and the BBB. He refused to give me their full address until I demanded to speak to the operations director (supposedly Nick Carraway). He was equally rude. If you are having problem with them, I'd suggest reporting them as well.

I am on the no call list. If I get another call I will be reporting them.
