He told me he was Mr James Smith and left me a voice mail so I did not personally get to speak with him - Very bad Indian accent - Voice mail said to only call him back at this number - Stated that my whole loan was due immediately - I really didn't understand the rest but I saved it. I am not even a customer of CashNetUSA but I found them online and forwarded the email and the voice mail to them, the FTC and the local police.

This person, who called himself John Harris. said he was federal police officer and said he was acting on behalf of Cash Advance and was trying to collect o $449 debit that was owed and if I didn't pay right then, he was issueing an arrest warrent for me immediately. He said I would be charged with violation of federal banking laws, check fraud, and theft by deception. When I tried to explain to him that I did not have a loan with Cash Advance, he became rude and said that I would be behind bars by tonight. I called and reported this to my local authorities and they are investigating it.
