My situation is similar to Florin posted in July. I traveled to Ireland in August and during this time, many calls were posted to this number on my bill. I called ATT and they removed the charges. Scam Phone number. Bad stuff.
This number appeared on my wireless bill as "international roaming" while I was out of the country, in Ireland. If you call it, the message from the phone company says that this is a non-working number - it is probably handled through Skype or some other computer thing, then uses the phone company for billing.
This number called me at least 10 times when I was in the Middle East though I don't recall speaking to anybody from this number. My cell phone does not show any call from this number. At $2.29/minute, I got billed for $22.90, just from this number alone. When I got back to the US, I tried to call this number but it's always busy. There are other unfamiliar numbers which called so my roaming charges was over $116. This is a racket.
