Here you can find specific information relating to the products that you own and have registered. Please login to your account and then use the menu system on the right to navigate to the product you wish to view. From there you can access software and firmware updates, user manuals, and more.
You are only permitted to see the technical support for the devices you own, and are registered to your account. If there are no links you may not be logged in, you may have no products registered, or they may not be linked to your account. See below for more information.
How do I register my products?
Registering your products is easy and allows you to receive technical support for them and, as we no longer ship CDs with our products, is necessary to gain access to the software and documentation. Please fill in the Product Registration Form. If you have any problems with the form, you can contact our technical support team using the Request Technical Help Form or by emailing support@star-dundee.com.
I have registered the products I own and still cannot see links
If you have recently registered your products your website account may not have been updated yet to provide you with access. If you are unsure if your products have been registered, please contact STAR-Dundee with either the Request Technical Help Form or by emailing support@star-dundee.com and you will be contacted by one of our engineers.
