Notice of Accessibility

The University is committed to ensuring that information provided through University website resources is accessible to students, prospective students, staff, guests, and visitors with disabilities in as effective a manner as such information is accessible to individuals without disabilities.

Any user of University website resources can report accessibility concerns by contacting the University’s Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) or by submitting the “Report a Web Accessibility Concern” form.

Every University website resource will include a link to the form. The forms are automatically routed to OCM, and reporters will receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. The University will require other departments or areas that become aware of accessibility concerns to immediately report them to OCM using the form.

Upon receipt of a concern, OCM will contact the school, department, or other area of the University responsible for the website resource (the “Owner”) and jointly evaluate the issue. The Owner will contact the reporter to explain how the issue/web resource will be corrected, and will provide, or otherwise arrange for the provision of, the requested content, along with an assessment of when the web resource will be remediated.

For complaints related to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and/or the Americans with Disabilities Act or to file a formal grievance, please contact:
