Experienced and meticulous ! Maxsym came and diagnosed many problems in my old furnace on the day before Thanksgiving. I received 3 proposals the day of Thanksgiving. The prompt action was very impressive.
Once the parts were located, the office scheduled a follow-up appointment immediately. Maxsym came on time. He replaced the parts and made sure everything was working, and the register was showing proper output. It was not an easy task for an old furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.

Workers were punctual professional did everything agreed and cleaned up everything. We had to change the date and they were very accommodating. They sent a message every time they were on their way with the photo and bio of the person who was coming to do the job and always answered the phone and followed up on any question I had. I would really recommend them.

I'm happy to share that Fuse later provided a very detailed update for my project, and I decided to proceed with installing a Daikin heat pump in our house. Frank was instrumental in defining the project and ensuring everything was executed seamlessly. The installed units are impressively quiet and highly efficient. In December, we saw a significant reduction in heating costs, going from $3/day with our gas furnace to just $1/day using electricity from Silicon Valley Power--all while keeping the entire house at a comfortable 73°F.

It's reassuring to see companies like Fuse genuinely listen to customer feedback and take action to make things right. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and the outcome. I highly recommend them!

Dang, they're fast. Got a reply in an hour, schedule set up a couple days out that was very accommodating of my hours, and all-in time maybe an hour?

Stan walked me through three outlet/lightswitch problems and gave a well-explained diagnosis. He was able to quickly resolve the biggest two problems right away (while I juggled a toddler and making dinner). I got a quote for a larger project the next day, as promised.

I wish all my projects were this fast and easy.

Stefan and team was able to identify the tricky issue and added expansion tank and insulation to the pipes and the knocking sound is not more there.

Since the work, we are getting knocking sound consistently and it's loud. We have complained literally 5-6 times and they came and said it is because of the clamps, kept on changing clamps but the loud knocking noise is still there.
We are very frustrated as of now, the loud knocking noise starts even when we are not using the water.
Still waiting for this to get fixed. I don't know what's happening.
They have sent service person every time we complained but the issue is still not fixed.

Fuse did a pretty good job. I wanted a new HVAC system and a pre wire for an induction stove. They sent the sales person the day after I requested a quote.

We had to renegotiate a few times due to technical issues with the original proposal. The induction stove wiring was a whole different set of drama with a miss in the permit application and a delay in the actual installation.

The final design was actually significantly smaller in scope and price than I was originally planning for. Roby did a great job working through all of the design and price changes.

The HVAC installation actually went well. They sent a two person crew that did a great job. The new system works great and passed inspection.

I'm happy with the final project.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was planning to go with their $1,500 estimate and give them my business, but during their inspection, they damaged one of my light switches. To make matters worse, they refused to fix it unless I paid for another visit. This lack of accountability and professionalism completely broke my trust in their services. They lost my business over something so simple. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Hired Fuse to replace a fused air conditioner disconnect box the other day and it was a world class experience. Fuse is a licensed electrician in the State of California. Messaged Fuse and Logan was able to provide pricing before an appointment was scheduled.

Fuse provided a 2 hour window when the technician would arrive and our technician showed up within the assigned window in a company truck and in uniform. The technician was cordial, took a look at the situation before heading out to procure the part for installation.

The entire process took ~1.5 hours. Invoicing was made via e-mail. Fuse takes personal checks for payment.
