This study analyzed 34 years of precipitation (water year 51-1350 to 84-1383) in synoptic station Semnan. Information needed from the whole country Meteorology Weather Almanac was collected. Semnan, including the country's dry areas and rainfall analysis also showed that average rainfall during the statistical review 147.8 is. Process and the rate of annual precipitation changes during the above mentioned regression line equation was used based on the reduction process 25th mm of precipitation, respectively. Seasonal distribution of rainfall during this period statistical Semnan 30, 7, 19 and 44 percent respectively, from spring to winter of annual rainfall shows. Fitting log normal distribution of annual rainfall for the three parameters 239.88 mm 100-year returns period for a maximum 24-hour rainfall distribution using the log Pearson type III 57.29 mm respectively. The drought index SPI, number of days of rainfall and rainfall intensity in Semnan province also were calculated.
