Anna Brace
I received my BA in History from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC, Canada with an secondary concentration in geoarchaeology. After 2 years working as a field archaeologist within Western Canada I entered my MA in Cultural Heritage Management at the University of York, UK. My MA research explored community-led reconciliatory heritage making at sites of trauma through the example of Indian Residential Schools in Canada. I currently work as a Traditional Studies Specialist in Calgary, Alberta where I specialize in completing Indigenous land use research and assessments.
