Death of man found on Borders street 'unexplained'

The death of a 50-year-old man found on a street in the Borders is being treated as "unexplained".
The discovery was made on Melrose Road in Galashiels - near Langhaugh Gardens - at about 08:15 on Sunday.
The road remained shut until late afternoon but has now reopened.
Police Scotland said its inquiries into the incident were ongoing.
