- Ο όρος Γραικομάνοι (βουλγ.: Гъркомани, Garkomani, σλαβομακεδονικά: Гркомани, Grkomani, αυτοί που έχουν μανία με τους Έλληνες) χρησιμοποιείται στη Βουλγαρία, στην Βόρεια Μακεδονία, στην Ρουμανία και στην Αλβανία ως χαρακτηρισμός των Αρβανιτόφωνων, Βλαχόφωνων, Σλαβόφωνων αλλά και κάποιες φορές Ελληνόφωνων αυτοπροσδιοριζομένων Ελλήνων. Ο χαρακτηρισμός αυτός λέγεται σε αυτούς που όπως λένε οι παραπάνω χώρες "παριστάνουν ότι είναι Έλληνες" και εκφράζει μια μη-Ελληνική καταγωγή.
