Juden Creek is a stream in Cape Girardeau County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of the Mississippi River. The stream headwaters arise at 37°23′07″N 89°32′43″W / 37.38528°N 89.54528°W and flows south and then southeast passing the north side of Cape Girardeau and entering the Mississippi northeast of Cape Girardeau at 37°20′03″N 89°29′31″W / 37.33417°N 89.49194°W. Juden Creek has the name of John Juden, an early settler.
