- Night Visions, titulada en España Gritos en la noche y Noches de terror en Hispanoamérica, es una serie de televisión estadounidense creada al estilo de The Twilight Zone. Cada episodio se componía de dos historias cortas que trataban temas sobrenaturales o que simplemente exploraban el lado oscuro de la naturaleza humana. Henry Rollins presentaba cada historia, aunque su nombre no aparecía en los créditos. Junto a Rollins, la serie incluía algunos nombres importantes como Lou Diamond Phillips, Cary Elwes, Malcolm McDowell, Stephen Baldwin, Thora Birch, Natasha Lyonne, Bill Pullman, Brian Dennehy, Bridget Fonda, Sherilyn Fenn, Jason London, Jack Palance, Jay Mohr, Luke Perry, Pam Grier, Aidan Quinn, , Michael Rapaport, Miguel Ferrer y , entre otros. Las historias fueron dirigidas por varios directores, algunos de renombre como Tobe Hooper, Joe Dante o , y otros, como Brian Dennehy, JoBeth Williams o Bill Pullman, eran actores metidos a faenas de director. Otros directores fueron , , Ernest R. Dickerson, Keith Gordon y . La serie duró una sola temporada. Salvo seis historias, se emitió originalmente en la FOX. Posteriormente sería emitida por completo en el Sci-Fi Channel. Cuatro de las historias originalmente no emitidas (Patterns, The Maze, Harmony y Voices) fueron editadas para el telefilm del Sci-Fi Channel, Shadow Realm, para el que se quitaron las introducciones de Rollins y el título Night Visions. - Les Nuits de l'étrange (Night Visions) est une série télévisée américaine d'anthologie en treize épisodes de 43 minutes (deux segments par épisode), créée par Dan Angel et Billy Brown dont seulement dix épisodes ont été diffusés entre le 12 juillet et le 6 septembre 2001 sur le réseau Fox. Les trois derniers épisodes ont été diffusés sur Sci Fi Channel à l'été 2002. Ambientata principalmente di notte, la serie racconta storie soprannaturali, cercando di commentare con giusta umiltà la torbida natura umana. Gli episodi sono in totale 26, ognuno della durata di 25 minuti. Ogni episodio è caratterizzato da una voce narrante, Henry Rollins, che prima della messa in onda, racconta brevemente la storia, e al termine, saluta con un detto storico, o ideato dal regista, ma sempre inerente alla storia vista. Ogni episodio vede la presenza di registi diversi. Alcuni sono Tobe Hooper, e Joe Dante; altri, sono attori per la prima volta dietro la macchina da presa come e JoBeth Williams.
