- La structure pyramidale des ligues de football en Irlande désigne le système d'organisation officiel des ligues et divisions du football de cette nation. L'organisation du football en Irlande s'opère en douze niveaux successifs. Traditionnellement, le football irlandais est classé en trois catégories, Senior, Intermediate et Junior. Ce ne sont pas des catégories d'âge, mais uniquement des niveaux de compétition. Ces ensembles se déclinent au niveau national, provincial et comtal. Le niveau national, dit aussi Senior, compte deux divisions qui forment le championnat d'Irlande de football : la Premier Division et la First Division. Ce championnat est un championnat fermé. Il n'existe pas de système de relégation vers les compétitions provinciales. L'admissibilité se fait sur dossier dès lors qu'une équipe déclare forfait ou que la fédération nationale décide d'un changement de formule. (fr)

Traditionally association football leagues in the Republic of Ireland have been classified as either senior, intermediate or junior. These leagues are effectively national, provincial and district leagues respectively. The two highest level leagues/divisions, the League of Ireland Premier Division and the League of Ireland First Division are both national leagues. Together they make up the League of Ireland. The third level currently consists of three provincial leagues – the Leinster Senior League Senior Division, the Munster Senior League Senior Premier Division and the Ulster Senior League Senior Division. Il campionato consta di 12 livelli. I livelli calcistici nella Repubblica d'Irlanda sono tradizionalmente classificati come senior, intermediate o junior, e sono organizzati a livello nazionale, provinciale e distrettuale, rispettivamente. I primi due livelli del campionato, Premier Division e First Division, sono gestiti direttamente dalla League of Ireland a livello nazionale e hanno un sistema di promozioni e retrocessioni chiuso. Il calcio inferiore è organizzato a livello provinciale e non prevede promozioni nella lega professionistica. Sono presenti quattro leghe, ognuna per ciascuna delle quattro province dell'Irlanda: Connacht Senior League, Leinster Senior League Senior Division, Munster Senior League Senior Premier Division, Ulster Senior League Senior Division.
