- Sergei Yurievich Polonsky (Russian: Сергей Юрьевич Полонский, born 1 December 1972) is a Russian businessman. He is the owner and head of one of the largest real estate companies in Russia, Mirax Group (2004–2011). He was one of the richest men in Russia before the late-2000s financial crisis. Now, he is a shareholder and investor in a number of commercial structures incorporated by the holding company Potok. He is currently awaiting trial in Moscow on charges of fraud. On 12 July 2017 he was found guilty, but the judge ruled that too much time had passed since the crime was committed for the court's decision to be implemented. (en)

В настоящее время является акционером и инвестором ряда коммерческих структур, объединённых в холдинг Potok (Поток), ранее именовавшийся ООО «Nazvanie.net». В октябре 2011 года Полонский был отмечен журналом Forbes как один из девяти самых необычных российских бизнесменов, чудаков и эксцентриков. С 2012 по май 2015 года Полонский жил на собственном острове в Камбодже. С июня 2013 года в отношении Полонского в России расследовалось уголовное дело по обвинению в мошенничестве и хищении денежных средств граждан, судом вынесено постановление о его заочном аресте. 17 мая 2015 года Полонского депортировали из Камбоджи в Россию, где он был помещён в московский следственный изолятор «Матросская тишина». 12 июля 2017 года Пресненский суд Москвы приговорил Полонского к пяти годам колонии общего режима по делу о мошенничестве.
