Online graphic design marketplace 99designs is relocating its headquarters back to Melbourne, after more than six years in the US, as it makes preparations to list on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The company is almost 10 years old and has an annual revenue run rate of $US60 million from its marketplace where companies or individuals post graphic design assignments for designers to pitch on.
