'I've had a baby, I do need to work out more': Victoria's Secret model Elyse Taylor admits becoming a mother to daughter Lila has influenced her exercise regime
She's got one of the most enviable bodies in the business.
But since giving birth to her daughter Lila in early 2014, Elyse Taylor said the experience has impacted the way she maintains her lithe model figure.
Speaking with The Daily Telegraph in an article published on Saturday, the 29-year-old said her body does require more conditioning than it did when she began her modelling career 11 years ago.

'I’m not 19 anymore, and I’ve had a baby. I do need to work out more and diet,' she said.
Adding that she liked to keep a healthy and active lifestyle, the blonde beauty said: 'Chasing Lila around helps.'
Elyse has been named the new face of the iconic Australian swimwear brand Seafolly, the Sydney-born beauty said maintaining her body is vital to her success as a model.

'If I’m not in shape, I don’t get the work,' she said bluntly.
Speaking with Daily Mail Australia merely months after giving birth in 2014, she revealed she'd put on roughly 30kg before during pregnancy.
'I just ate through my pregnancy. I just ate everything,' she said, adding she weighed in at about 80kg before giving birth.

Elyse currently follows the 'Blood Type' diet, which employs a person's blood type to dictate what they eat and she said after trying many different diets, it's the one that's worked best for her.
In regards to keeping fit, Elyse has said her favourite form of exercise is swimming.
'I find it helps me keep a long lean body,' she told Buro 24/7 in August 2015.
'[But] It's also important to enjoy your workout and stay active as much as possible throughout the day.'
