However, studies have paid negligible attention to the role of task technology fit (TTF) in understanding how organizations may reap the full benefits of cloud ERP solutions, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Furthermore, the final impact of cloud ERP on firm performance when examining the TTF is fuzzy. As a result, the purpose of this research is to explore the influence of TTF on cloud ERP implementation and how it affects financial performance. The sample of 204 manufacturing SMEs was drawn from Malaysia. According to the results of data analysis using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), TTF has a positive influence on cloud ERP implementation. Furthermore, cloud ERP implementation enhances firm financial performance. This study makes a contribution to the information technology (IT) literature by investigating the role of TTF in an industry (manufacturing) that has not received much empirical attention from the perspective of cloud ERP and then analyzing the financial effects of cloud ERP implementation on SMEs.

Six databases were consulted for a total of 76 articles. The findings indicate that Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and interpretative analysis were the most frequently used quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Generic CC services were investigated more than specific CC business applications. The number of publications has fluctuated over the last decade, and the vast majority did not incorporate any underlying theory. In Malaysia, government financial support (GFS) for cloud ERP implementation in SMEs has been encouraging. However, despite numerous GFS, SMEs are hesitant to implement the technology. Given cloud ERP is a low-cost technology coupled with SMEs' challenges in accessing GFS, the question of whether GFS is required for SMEs to successfully implement cloud ERP for improved performance arises. While the impact of government support on cloud ERP implementation has been well documented, the precise impact of GFS on cloud ERP implementation success and how this affects performance remains unclear. The goal of this research is to determine the impact of GFS on cloud ERP implementation success and how this affects the financial performance of SMEs. The study's model was validated using data from 204 Malaysian manufacturing SMEs. The results of partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) show that GFS has a positive influence on cloud ERP implementation success, which in turn improves financial performance. The findings can be used by policymakers and practitioners to develop strategies for improving cloud ERP implementation and economic development.

The study employed a panel data, covering 9 years period across 14 listed deposit money banks in Nigeria. An ordinary least square (OLS) regression was used to analyzed the data for the study. Breausch and Pagan LM and hausman test were conducted to ascertain the best model between pooled OLS, random effect and fixed effect. The study found that board size, non-executive directors and bank regulatory capital have a significant positive effect on the performance of deposit money banks in Nigeria, while role duality was insignificant. Based on the findings, the study recommend compliance to any good corporate governance practice and bank regulatory capital to maintain healthy banks.

The impact of cloud ERP implementation on business performance, on the other hand, remains inconclusive. Additionally, an important factor that transverses all organizational processes, including IT implementation, is top management support (TMS). However, the TMS’s role in the latter stage (business value realization) of cloud ERP implementation is unclear. The purpose of this paper is to examine the mediating and moderating impacts of top management support (TMS) on the relationship between cloud ERP implementation and financial performance. A total of 204 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia were surveyed, and data analysis was conducted using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). In response to this pressure businesses are progressively practising sustainability but the financial cost seems to outweigh its benefits. The main objective of this study is to empirically investigate the relationship between environmental sustainability practice and financial performance of SMEs. This research adopted a survey research design, studying 98 SMEs in manufacturing and industry, business services and wholesale and retail sectors in Sussex, United Kingdom.Electronic, mail, hand-to-hand paper questionnaire were jointly used to gather data. Multiple regression, correlation analysis and descriptive statistics were the main analytical tools used.
