The volume proves important when it comes to the didactical state of affairs concerning the mentioned topic. "Scientifical depiction and material for history lessons" – This claim will be verified by Katharina Ücgül and Dominik Kasper. First of all the volume contains some texts which grant an overview over every aspect of the resistance against the national socialists in todays Rhineland-Palatinate. Im Fokus der hier ausgewerteten Integration von TEI-Dokumenten aus dem Deutschen Textarchiv (DTA)... more Im Fokus der hier ausgewerteten Integration von TEI-Dokumenten aus dem Deutschen Textarchiv (DTA) in eine Graphdatenbank (Neo4j) steht die Auszeichnung von unsicheren Lesarten und editorischen Ergänzungen in Handschriften. In diesem Zusammenhang legen wir auch die TEI-Richtlinien zum Umgang mit Zweifel und Unsicherheiten dar. In Editions- oder Transkriptionsvorhaben arbeiten zumeist mehrere Personen. Deshalb sehen wir responsibility-Angaben an zweifelhaften Stellen als zentral für die Interoperabilität der Daten und die intersubjektive Nachvollziehbarkeit von Einzelentscheidungen an. Dies gilt insbesondere dann, wenn zusätzlich Angaben zum Grad der Sicherheit einer Auflösung möglich sind. Graphtechnologien bieten hier Möglichkeiten zur Modellierung, Visualisierung und Analyse von Unsicherheit und Verantwortung. Bei einer ausreichend großen Datenmenge lassen sich beispielsweise persönliche Auszeichnungsprofile der jeweiligen Bearbeiter erstellen.

Der Beitrag orientiert sich hierbei an 'visionären' Einzelpersonen – wie Carl August Lückenrath oder Vannevar Bush –, welche die Entwicklung der 'Digitalen Geschichtswissenschaften' prägten, immer noch prägen oder bis heute auf eine konstruktive Rezeption warten, und basiert auf einem Vortrag, der am 28.01.2012 während der studentischen Tagung "Wer Visionen hat, sollte zum Arzt gehen" der Fachschaft Geschichte der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz gehalten wurde. Die Autoren schlagen in ihren Überlegungen die Brücke über die ‚Vision‘ hinter Skriptum und dem Komplex „studentisches Publizieren“ zu der an Thaller angelehnten Konzeption einer ‚historischen Workstation‘ und versuchen damit die für uns immer noch interessanten Aspekte der Diskussionen zu betonen und gleichzeitig wie einen konzeptuellen Spiegel zu gebrauchen, an dem die eigenen Visionen und Entwicklungen gemessen werden können.
