The power weighted averaging operator and power weighted Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator used in the existing MCGDM methods have the drawback of being unable to distinguish the priority order of alternatives in some scenarios, especially when one of the qROF numbers being considered has a non-belongingness grade of 0 or a belongingness grade of 1. They try to form the most optimal portfolio fitting best to their necessities among them. In choosing an optimal portfolio, investors aim to maximize expected rate of return on the one hand and to minimize the potential risks on the other. For this porpuse, many different methods have been since Markowitz. The study aims at forming an optimal portfolio by using a fuzzy TOPSIS modeled with the financial rations obtained from the balance sheets of 10 ISE quoted cement factories (F 1 ,…,F 10 ) with the total assets between 100.000.000YTL-400.000.000 YTL. Fuzzy TOPSIS method is the calculation of the closeness coefficients by means of fuzzy positive ideal solution and fuzzy negative ideal solution. Alternatives are ranked in accordance with the calculated closeness coefficients. The result of the study ranks the firms on the order of closeness coefficients, which indicates that F 7 , F 8 and F 9 are top three firms and F 10 is the last firm on the list. The primary goal of this paper is to identify the determinants of second-hand automobile pricing. Additionally, the second purpose is to compare the prediction performances of two statistical models in order to predict second-hand automobile prices. In this context, hedonic models and artificial neural networks are handled in this study. Hedonic models utilize multiple regression models on large data sets in the analyses. Temiz bir enerji kaynağı olan ve doğal dengeyi bozmayan rüzgâr enerjisi, günümüzün en önemli yeni... more Temiz bir enerji kaynağı olan ve doğal dengeyi bozmayan rüzgâr enerjisi, günümüzün en önemli yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından birisidir. Bu çalışmada rüzgâr çiftlikleri için uygun yer tespitinde kullanılan faktörler, oldukça yeni bir sübjektif ağırlıklandırma yöntemi olan FUCOM (Full Consistency Method-Tam Tutarlılık Yöntemi) yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. FUCOM, doğrusal programlama temelli bir yöntemdir ve diğer ağırlıklandırma yöntemlerinden daha az ikili karşılaştırmaya ihtiyaç duyar. Çalışmadaki değerlendirme modeli, üç temel boyutu ve on iki faktörü dikkate almaktadır. Bulgular, bir rüzgâr çiftliği sahasının tercih edilmesinin büyük ölçüde rüzgâr potansiyeline ve yerleşim yerlerine olan uzaklığına bağlı olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca önerilen yöntemin tutarlılığını ve kullanışlılığını göstermek için bir duyarlılık analizi yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları rüzgâr enerjisine yönelik politika belirlemekte kullanılabilir.

FUCOM, doğrusal programlama temelli bir yöntemdir ve diğer ağırlıklandırma yöntemlerinden daha az ikili karşılaştırmaya ihtiyaç duyar. Çalışmadaki değerlendirme modeli, üç temel boyutu ve on iki faktörü dikkate almaktadır. Bulgular, bir rüzgâr çiftliği sahasının tercih edilmesinin büyük ölçüde rüzgâr potansiyeline ve yerleşim yerlerine olan uzaklığına bağlı olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca önerilen yöntemin tutarlılığını ve kullanışlılığını göstermek için bir duyarlılık analizi yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları rüzgâr enerjisine yönelik politika belirlemekte kullanılabilir.

Bunların 10’u kriter önem ağırlıklarının belirlenmesinde kullanılan yöntemler olup geriye kalanlar ise alternatiflerin sıralamaları amacıyla yararlanılan ÇKKV yöntemleridir. Kitap ayrıca geçmişten günümüze bir köprü görevi de görmektedir.
