Partha Bhattacharjee

Partha Bhattacharjee is an Assistant Professor of English, Amity Institute of English Studies & Research, Amity University Patna. He obtained his PhD (English) from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Patna in 2019. He has completed his M.A. (2012), B. Ed. (2013) and M.Phil (2016) from The University of Burdwan. For his PhD, he has worked on Trauma Studies, Memory and Postmemory Studies in Comics and Graphic Narratives under the supervision of Dr. Priyanka Tripathi, Assistant Professor of English, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Patna. His research interests include South Asian Literature, Gender Studies, and Comics Studies. Apart from two chapters in edited volumes with Routledge, he has published with reputed journals like GNOSIS, IUP Journal of English Studies, Language in India, Journal of English Language and Literature, etc. His proposals have been accepted in reputed International Conferences (IGNCC 2019; ImageTech, UF 2018; South Central Modern Language Association 2018; Jadavpur University Comics Festival, 2017).
