Title:Implications of XENON100 results for Dark Matter models and for the LHC
View PDFAbstract:We perform a fit to the recent XENON100 data and study its implications for Dark Matter scenarios. We find that Inelastic Dark Matter scattering off Na is excluded as an explanation to the DAMA/LIBRA annual modulation signal. Concerning the scalar singlet DM model, we find that the XENON100 data disfavors its constrained limit. We study the CMSSM as well as the low scale phenomenological pMSSM taking into account the recent constraints on supersymmetry form the 2010 LHC run. The global fits are mildly affected as XENON100 disfavors the "well-tempered" bino/higgsino, and the associated "focus-point" region of the CMSSM parameter space. The implications of XENON100 data for Dark Matter annihilation scenarios and for the LHC experiments are outlined.
