Who ruins the game?: unveiling cheating players in the "Battlefield" game

Abstract: The "Battlefield" online game is well-known for its large-scale multiplayer capabilities and unique gaming features, including various vehicle controls. However, these features make the game a major target for cheating, significantly detracting from the gaming experience. However, these features make the game a major target for cheating, significantly detracting from the gaming experience. This study analyzes user behavior in cheating play in the popular online game, the "Battlefield", using statistical methods. We aim to provide comprehensive insights into cheating players through an extensive analysis of over 44,000 reported cheating incidents collected via the "Game-tools API". Our methodology includes detailed statistical analyses such as calculating basic statistics of key variables, correlation analysis, and visualizations using histograms, box plots, and scatter plots. Determination of $|V_{ub}|$ from simultaneous measurements of untagged $B^0\toπ^- \ell^+ ν_{\ell}$ and $B^+\toρ^0 \ell^+ν_{\ell}$ decays

Abstract: We present a measurement of $|V_{ub}|$ from a simultaneous study of the charmless semileptonic decays $B^0\toπ^- \ell^+ ν_{\ell}$ and $B^+\toρ^0 \ell^+ν_{\ell}$, where $\ell = e, μ$. This measurement uses a data sample of 387 million $B\overline{B}$ meson pairs recorded by the Belle~II detector at the SuperKEKB electron-positron collider between 2019 and 2022. The two decays are reconstructed with… ▽ More We present a measurement of $|V_{ub}|$ from a simultaneous study of the charmless semileptonic decays $B^0\toπ^- \ell^+ ν_{\ell}$ and $B^+\toρ^0 \ell^+ν_{\ell}$, where $\ell = e, μ$. This measurement uses a data sample of 387 million $B\overline{B}$ meson pairs recorded by the Belle~II detector at the SuperKEKB electron-positron collider between 2019 and 2022. The two decays are reconstructed without identifying the partner $B$ mesons. We simultaneously measure the differential branching fractions of $B^0\toπ^- \ell^+ ν_{\ell}$ and $B^+\toρ^0 \ell^+ν_{\ell}$ decays as functions of $q^2$ (momentum transfer squared). From these, we obtain total branching fractions $B(B^0\toπ^- \ell^+ ν_{\ell}) = (1.516 \pm 0.042 (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 0.059 (\mathrm{syst})) \times 10^{-4}$ and $B(B^+\toρ^0 \ell^+ν_{\ell}) = (1.625 \pm 0.079 (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 0.180 (\mathrm{syst})) \times 10^{-4}$. By fitting the measured $B^0\toπ^- \ell^+ ν_{\ell}$ partial branching fractions as functions of $q^2$, together with constraints on the non-perturbative hadronic contribution from lattice QCD calculations, we obtain $|V_{ub}|$ = $(3.93 \pm 0.09 \pm 0.13 \pm 0.19) \times 10^{-3}$. The early phases of the experiment, AMoRE-pilot and AMoRE-I, have demonstrated competitive discovery potential. Presently, the AMoRE-II experiment, featuring a large detector array with about 90 kg of $^{100}$Mo isotope, is under construction.This paper discusses the baseline design and characterization of the lithium molybdate cryogenic calorimeters to be used in the AMoRE-II detector modules. The results from prototype setups that incorporate new housing structures and two different crystal masses (316 g and 517 - 521 g), operated at 10 mK temperature, show energy resolutions (FWHM) of 7.55 - 8.82 keV at the 2.615 MeV $^{208}$Tl $γ$ line, and effective light detection of 0.79 - 0.96 keV/MeV. The simultaneous heat and light detection enables clear separation of alpha particles with a discrimination power of 12.37 - 19.50 at the energy region around $^6$Li(n, $α$)$^3$H with Q-value = 4.785 MeV. Promising detector performances were demonstrated at temperatures as high as 30 mK, which relaxes the temperature constraints for operating the large AMoRE-II array. △ Less

Measurement of $CP$ asymmetries in $B^0 \to K^0_S π^0 γ$ decays at Belle II

After an optimized selection, a simultaneous fit to the Belle and Belle II data sets yields $114\pm 12$ $B^{+}\rightarrowρ^{+}γ$ and $99\pm 12$ $B^{0}\rightarrowρ^{0}γ$ decays. The measured branching fractions are $(13.1^{+2.0 +1.3}_{-1.9 -1.2})\times 10^{-7}$ and $(7.5\pm 1.3^{+1.0}_{-0.8})\times 10^{-7}$ for $B^{+}\rightarrowρ^{+}γ$ and $B^{0}\rightarrowρ^{0}γ$ decays, respectively, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. Visual Multi-Object Tracking with Re-Identification and Occlusion Handling using Labeled Random Finite Sets

Our solution is based on the labeled random finite set (LRFS) filtering approach, which in principle, addresses disappearance, appearance, reappearance, and occlusion via a single Bayesian recursion. However, in practice, existing numerical approximations cause reappearing objects to be initialized as new tracks, especially after long periods of being undetected. In occlusion handling, the filter's efficacy is dictated by trade-offs between the sophistication of the occlusion model and computational demand. Our contribution is a novel modeling method that exploits object features to address reappearing objects whilst maintaining a linear complexity in the number of detections. Moreover, to improve the filter's occlusion handling, we propose a fuzzy detection model that takes into consideration the overlapping areas between tracks and their sizes. As a demonstration of the full-scale AMoRE, we conducted AMoRE-I, a pre-experiment with 18 molybdate crystals, at the Yangyang Underground Laboratory for over two years. The exposure was 8.02 kg$\cdot$year (or 3.89 kg$_{\mathrm{^{100}Mo}}\cdot$year) and the total background rate near the Q-value was 0.025 $\pm$ 0.002 counts/keV/kg/year. We observed no indication of $0νββ$ decay and report a new lower limit of the half-life of $^{100}$Mo $0νββ$ decay as $ T^{0ν}_{1/2}>3.0\times10^{24}~\mathrm{years}$ at 90\% confidence level. The effective Majorana mass limit range is $m_{ββ}<$(210--610) meV using nuclear matrix elements estimated in the framework of different models, including the recent shell model calculations. △ Less

Abstract: We report the first evidence for the $h_{b}(\text{2P}) \to Υ(\text{1S})η$ transition with a significance of $3.5$ standard deviations. The decay branching fraction is measured to be $\mathcal{B}[h_{b}(\text{2P}) \to Υ(\text{1S})η]=(7.1 ~^{+3.7} _{-3.2}\pm 0.8)\times10^{-3}$, which is noticeably smaller than expected. Measurement of the integrated luminosity of data samples collected during 2019-2022 by the Belle II experiment

The data were collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB $e^{+}$$e^{-}$ asymmetric-energy collider. No significant signals are found in the $Λ_c^+η$ mass spectrum, including the known $Λ_c(2880)^+$ and $Λ_c(2940)^+$. Clear $Λ_c(2880)^+$ and… ▽ More We search for excited charmed baryons in the $Λ_c^+η$ system using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 980 $\rm fb^{-1}$. The data were collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB $e^{+}$$e^{-}$ asymmetric-energy collider. No significant signals are found in the $Λ_c^+η$ mass spectrum, including the known $Λ_c(2880)^+$ and $Λ_c(2940)^+$. Clear $Λ_c(2880)^+$ and $Λ_c(2940)^+$ signals are observed in the $pD^0$ mass spectrum. We set upper limits at 90\% credibility level on ratios of branching fractions of $Λ_c(2880)^+$ and $Λ_c(2940)^+$ decaying to $Λ_c^+η$ relative to $Σ_c(2455)π$ of $<0.13$ for the $Λ_c(2880)^+$ and $<1.11$ for the $Λ_c(2940)^+$. Zero-Shot Scene Change Detection

Specifically, our method takes advantage of the change detection effect of the tracking model by inputting reference and query images instead of consecutive frames. Furthermore, we focus on the content gap and style gap between two input images in change detection, and address both issues by proposing adaptive content threshold and style bridging layers, respectively. Finally, we extend our approach to video to exploit rich temporal information, enhancing scene change detection performance. We compare our approach and baseline through various experiments. While existing train-based baseline tend to specialize only in the trained domain, our method shows consistent performance across various domains, proving the competitiveness of our approach. △ Less

We have intensively performed Monte Carlo simulations using the GEANT4 toolkit in all the experimental configurations with potential sources. Evidence of surface $p$-wave superconductivity and higher-order topology in MoTe$_2$

The transition-metal dichalcogenide (TMDC) MoTe$_2$ has been proposed as an ideal candidate to explore the interplay between topology and superconductivity, but their studies remain limited because of the high-pressure environments required to control the topological phase transition. In this work, we demonstrate the tunable superconductivity and the resultant higher-order topology of MoTe$_2$ under extreme pressure. In the pressured T$_d$ phase, Andreev reflection spectroscopy reveals two-gap features, indicating that the Weyl fermions lead to a topological $s^{\pm}$-wave multigap superconductivity. On the other hand, the high-pressure 1T$'$ phase presents $p$-wave surface superconductivity emergent from the second-order topological bands via the bulk-to-surface proximity effect. Our analysis suggests that the topological hinge states generated from second-order topological bands evolve into zero-energy Majorana hinge states in the second-order topological superconductor. These results demonstrate the potential realization of topological superconductivity in MoTe$_2$, thus opening a pathway for studying various topological natures of TMDC materials. △ Less

Abstract: We present measurements of the branching fractions of eight $\overline B{}^0\to D^{(*)+} K^- K^{(*)0}_{(S)}$, $B^{-}\to D^{(*)0} K^- K^{(*)0}_{(S)}$ decay channels. The results are based on data from SuperKEKB electron-positron collisions at the $Υ(4S)$ resonance collected with the Belle II detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $362~\text{fb}^{-1}$. The results are based on data from SuperKEKB electron-positron collisions at the $Υ(4S)$ resonance collected with the Belle II detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $362~\text{fb}^{-1}$. The event yields are extracted from fits to the distributions of the difference between expected and observed $B$ meson energy, and are efficiency-corrected as a function of $m(K^-K^{(*)0}_{(S)})$ and $m(D^{(*)}K^{(*)0}_{(S)})$ in order to avoid dependence on the decay model. These results include the first observation of $\overline B{}^0\to D^+K^-K_S^0$, $B^-\to D^{*0}K^-K_S^0$, and $\overline B{}^0\to D^{*+}K^-K_S^0$ decays and a significant improvement in the precision of the other channels compared to previous measurements. The helicity-angle distributions and the invariant mass distributions of the $K^- K^{(*)0}_{(S)}$ systems are compatible with quasi-two-body decays via a resonant transition with spin-parity $J^P=1^-$ for the $K^-K_S^0$ systems and $J^P= 1^+$ for the $K^-K^{*0}$ systems. By multiplying by the branching fraction of the normalization mode, ${\mathcal B}(Ξ_{c}^{0}\toΞ^{-}π^{+})$, we obtain the following absolute branching fraction results $(6.9 \pm 0.3 ({\rm stat}) \pm 0.5 ({\rm syst}) \pm 1.3 ({\rm norm})) \times 10^{-3}$, $(1.6 \pm 0.2 ({\rm stat}) \pm 0.2 ({\rm syst}) \pm 0.3 ({\rm norm})) \times 10^{-3}$, and $(1.2 \pm 0.3 ({\rm stat}) \pm 0.1 ({\rm syst}) \pm 0.2 ({\rm norm})) \times 10^{-3}$, for $Ξ_{c}^{0}$ decays to $Ξ^{0}π^{0}$, $Ξ^{0}η$, and $Ξ^{0}η^{\prime}$ final states, respectively. The third errors are from the uncertainty on ${\mathcal B}(Ξ_{c}^{0}\toΞ^{-}π^{+})$. Abstract: We report the result of a search for the rare decay $B^{0} \to γγ$ using a combined dataset of $753\times10^{6}$ $B\bar{B}$ pairs collected by the Belle experiment and $387\times10^{6}$ $B\bar{B}$ pairs collected by the Belle II experiment from decays of the $\rm Υ(4S)$ resonance produced in $e^{+}e^{-}$ collisions. Using an optimised event selection, a binned maximum likelihood fit is performed using the momentum spectra of the electron and muon candidates. The result, $R_μ= 0.9675 \pm 0.0007 \pm 0.0036$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic, is the most precise to date. It provides a stringent test of the light-lepton universality, translating to a ratio of the couplings of the muon and electron to the $W$ boson in $τ$ decays of $0.9974 \pm 0.0019$, in agreement with the standard model expectation of unity. △ Less

Microwave Quantum Illumination with Optical Memory and Single-Mode Phase-Conjugate Receiver

Here, we first propose a testbed of microwave quantum illumination with an optical memory which is simulated with a delay line in the idler mode. When the memory is lossy, the input two-mode squeezing has to be higher through high cooperativity in the optical mode. Under the testbed, we propose a single-mode phase conjugate receiver that consists of a low-reflectivity beam splitter, an electro-optomechanical phase conjugator, and a photon number resolving detector. The performance of the newly proposed receiver approaches the maximum quantum advantage for local measurement. Abstract: We present the result of a search for the charged-lepton-flavor violating decay $τ^- \to μ^-μ^+μ^-$ using a $424fb^{-1}$ sample of data recorded by the Belle II experiment at the SuperKEKB $e^{-}e^{+}$ collider. The selection of $e^{-}e^{+}\toτ^+τ^-$ events is based on an inclusive reconstruction of the non-signal tau decay, and on a boosted decision tree to suppress background. We observe one sig… ▽ More We present the result of a search for the charged-lepton-flavor violating decay $τ^- \to μ^-μ^+μ^-$ using a $424fb^{-1}$ sample of data recorded by the Belle II experiment at the SuperKEKB $e^{-}e^{+}$ collider. The selection of $e^{-}e^{+}\toτ^+τ^-$ events is based on an inclusive reconstruction of the non-signal tau decay, and on a boosted decision tree to suppress background. We observe one signal candidate, which is compatible with the expectation from background processes. We set a $90\%$ confidence level upper limit of $1.9 \times 10^{-8}$ on the branching fraction of the \taumu decay, which is the most stringent bound to date. △ Less

Aptly: Making Mobile Apps from Natural Language

EB-GAME: A Game-Changer in ECG Heartbeat Anomaly Detection

However, continuous monitoring of ECG signals to detect cardiac abnormal-ities requires significant time and human resources. As a result, several deep learning studies have been conducted in advance for the automatic detection of arrhythmia. These models show relatively high performance in supervised learning, but are no… ▽ More Cardiologists use electrocardiograms (ECG) for the detection of arrhythmias. However, continuous monitoring of ECG signals to detect cardiac abnormal-ities requires significant time and human resources. As a result, several deep learning studies have been conducted in advance for the automatic detection of arrhythmia. These models show relatively high performance in supervised learning, but are not applicable in cases with few training examples. This is because abnormal ECG data is scarce compared to normal data in most real-world clinical settings. Therefore, in this study, GAN-based anomaly detec-tion, i.e., unsupervised learning, was employed to address the issue of data imbalance. This paper focuses on detecting abnormal signals in electrocardi-ograms (ECGs) using only labels from normal signals as training data. In-spired by self-supervised vision transformers, which learn by dividing images into patches, and masked auto-encoders, known for their effectiveness in patch reconstruction and solving information redundancy, we introduce the ECG Heartbeat Anomaly Detection model, EB-GAME. Signal yields are extracted by fitting the two-photon mass distribution in $e^+e^- \to π^+π^-π^0γ$ events, which involve a $π^0 \to γγ$ decay and an energetic photon radiated from the initial state. Signal efficiency corrections with an accuracy of 1.6% are obtained from several control data samples. The uncertainty on the cross section at the $ω$ and $φ$ resonances is dominated by the systematic uncertainty of 2.2%. The resulting cross sections in the 0.62-1.80 GeV energy range yield $ a_μ^{3π} = [48.91 \pm 0.23~(\mathrm{stat}) \pm 1.07~(\mathrm{syst})] \times 10^{-10} $ for the leading-order hadronic vacuum polarization contribution to the muon anomalous magnetic moment. This result differs by $2.5$ standard deviations from the most precise current determination. △ Less

Normal Fermi Surface in the Nodal Superconductor CeCoIn$_5$ Revealed via Thermal Conductivity

Abstract: The thermal conductivity of heavy-fermion superconductor CeCoIn$_5$ was measured with a magnetic field rotating in the tetragonal a-b plane, with the heat current in the anti-nodal direction, $J$ || [100]. We observe a sharp resonance in thermal conductivity for the magnetic field at an angle $θ$ $\sim$ 12$^{\circ}$, measured from the heat current direction [100]. This resonance corresponds to the… ▽ More The thermal conductivity of heavy-fermion superconductor CeCoIn$_5$ was measured with a magnetic field rotating in the tetragonal a-b plane, with the heat current in the anti-nodal direction, $J$ || [100]. We observe a sharp resonance in thermal conductivity for the magnetic field at an angle $θ$ $\sim$ 12$^{\circ}$, measured from the heat current direction [100]. This resonance corresponds to the reported resonance at an angle $θ'$ $\sim$ 33$^{\circ}$ from the direction of the heat current applied along the nodal direction, $J$ || [110]. Both resonances, therefore, occur when the magnetic field is applied in the same crystallographic orientation in the two experiments, regardless of the direction of the heat current, proving conclusively that these resonances are due to the structure of the Fermi surface of CeCoIn$_5$. We argue that the uncondensed Landau quasiparticles, emerging with field, are responsible for the observed resonance. We support our experimental results with density-functional-theory model calculations of the density of states in a rotating magnetic field. Our calculations, using a model Fermi surface of CeCoIn$_5$, reveal several sharp peaks as a function of the field direction. Our study demonstrates that the thermal-conductivity measurement in rotating magnetic field can probe the normal parts of the Fermi surface deep inside the superconducting state. △ Less

Search for a pentaquark state decaying into $pJ/ψ$ in $Υ(1,2S)$ inclusive decays at Belle

We observe clear $pJ/ψ$ production in $Υ(1,2S)$ decays and measure the branching fractions to be $\mathcal{B}[Υ(1S) \to pJ/ψ+ anything] = [4.27 \pm 0.16(stat.) \pm 0.20(syst.)] \times 10^{-5}$ and $\mathcal{B}[Υ(2S) \to pJ/ψ+ anything] = [3.59 \pm 0.14(stat.) \pm 0.16(syst.)] \times 10^{-5}$. We also measure the cross section of inclusive $pJ/ψ$ production in $e^+e^-$ annihilation to be $σ(e^+e^- \to pJ/ψ+ anything) = [57.5 \pm 2.1 (stat.) \pm 2.5(syst.)]$~fb at $\sqrt{s} = 10.52~\hbox{GeV}$ using an 89.5~fb$^{-1}$ continuum data sample. There is no significant $P_c(4312)^+$, $P_c(4440)^+$ or $P_c(4457)^+$ signal found in the $pJ/ψ$ final states in $Υ(1,2S)$ inclusive decays. The analysis probes two different models of $X$ beyond the standard model: a $Z^{\prime}$ vector boson in the $L_μ-L_τ$ model and a muonphilic scalar. We observe no evidence for a signal and set exclusion limits at the 90$\%$ confidence level on the products of cross section and branching fraction for these processes, ranging from 0.046 fb to 0.97 fb for the $L_μ-L_τ$ model and from 0.055 fb to 1.3 fb for the muonphilic scalar model. For masses below 6 GeV/$c^{2}$, the corresponding constraints on the couplings of these processes to the standard model range from 0.0008 to 0.039 for the $L_μ-L_τ$ model and from 0.0018 to 0.040 for the muonphilic scalar model. We achieve an effective tagging efficiency of $(37.40 \pm 0.43 \pm 0.36) \%$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic, which is $18\%$ better than the previous Belle II algorithm. Demonstrating the algorithm, we use $B^{0}\to J/ψK^0_\text{S}$ decays to measure the mixing-induced and direct $CP$ violation parameters, $S = (0.724 \pm 0.035 \pm 0.009)$ and $C = (-0.035 \pm 0.026 \pm 0.029)$. △ Less

Possible intermediate states in the $π^+π^-Υ(1S,2S)$ transitions are also investigated, and no evidence for decays proceeding via the $π^\mp Z_b^\pm$ or $f_0(980)Υ(nS)$ intermediate states is found. We measure Born cross sections for the $e^{+}e^{-}\toπ^{+}π^{-}Υ(nS)$ process that, combined with results from Belle, improve the precision of measurements of the $Υ(10753)$ mass and width by nearly a factor of two to $(10756.3\pm2.7\pm0.6)$ MeV/$c^2$ and $(29.7\pm8.5\pm1.1)$ MeV, respectively. The relative ratios of the Born cross sections at the $Υ(10753)$ resonance peak are also reported for the first time. △ Less

The normalization decay, $\overline{B}\rightarrow D^{*} \ell^{-} \overlineν_{\ell}$, where $\ell$ is an electron or muon, produces the same observable final state particles. The ratio of branching fractions is extracted in a simultaneous fit to two signal-discriminating variables in both channels and yields $R(D^{*}) = 0.262~_{-0.039}^{+0.041}(\mathrm{stat})~_{-0.032}^{+0.035}(\mathrm{syst})$. Superconductivity of metastable dihydrides at ambient pressure

Abstract: Hydrogen in metals is a significant research area with far-reaching implications, encompassing diverse fields such as hydrogen storage, metal-insulator transitions, and the recently emerging phenomenon of room-temperature ($\textit{$T_C$}$) superconductivity under high pressure. Hydrogen atoms pose challenges in experiments as they are nearly invisible, and they are considered within ideal crystal… ▽ More Hydrogen in metals is a significant research area with far-reaching implications, encompassing diverse fields such as hydrogen storage, metal-insulator transitions, and the recently emerging phenomenon of room-temperature ($\textit{$T_C$}$) superconductivity under high pressure. Hydrogen atoms pose challenges in experiments as they are nearly invisible, and they are considered within ideal crystalline structures in theoretical predictions, which hampers research on the formation of meta-stable hydrides. Here, we propose pressure-induced hydrogen migration from tetrahedral site ($\textit{T}$) to octahedral site ($\textit{O}$),forming $LaH_x^OH_{2-x}^{T}$ in cubic $LaH^2$.Under decompression, it retains $H_x^O$ occupancy, and is dynamically stable even at ambient pressure, enabling a synthesis route of metastable dihydrides via compression-decompression process. We predict that the electron phonon coupling strength of $LaH_x^OH_{2-x}^{T}$ is enhanced with increasing $\textit{x}$, and the associated $\textit{$T_C$}$ reaches up to 10.8 $\textit{K}$ at ambient pressure. Furthermore, we calculated stoichiometric hydrogen migration threshold pressure ($\textit{$P_C$}$) for various lanthanides dihydrides ($\textit{R}$$H_2$, where $\textit{R}$=Y, Sc, Nd, and Lu), and found an inversely linear relation between $\textit{$P_C$}$ and ionic radii of $\textit{R}$. We propose that the highest $\textit{$T_C$}$ in the face-centered-cubic dihydride system can be realized by optimizing the $\textit{O}$/$\textit{T}$-site occupancies. △ Less

Abstract: We search for the rare decay $B^{+}\rightarrow K^{+}ν\barν$ in a $362\ \rm{fb}^{-1}$ sample of electron-positron collisions at the $Υ(4S)$ resonance collected with the Belle II detector at the SuperKEKB collider. We use the inclusive properties of the accompanying $B$ meson in $Υ(4S) \to B\kern 0.18em\overline{\kern -0.18em B}{}$ events to suppress background from other decays of the signal $B$ ca… ▽ More We search for the rare decay $B^{+}\rightarrow K^{+}ν\barν$ in a $362\ \rm{fb}^{-1}$ sample of electron-positron collisions at the $Υ(4S)$ resonance collected with the Belle II detector at the SuperKEKB collider. We use the inclusive properties of the accompanying $B$ meson in $Υ(4S) \to B\kern 0.18em\overline{\kern -0.18em B}{}$ events to suppress background from other decays of the signal $B$ candidate and light-quark pair production. We validate the measurement with an auxiliary analysis based on a conventional hadronic reconstruction of the accompanying $B$ meson. For background suppression, we exploit distinct signal features using machine learning methods tuned with simulated data. The signal-reconstruction efficiency and background suppression are validated through various control channels. The branching fraction is extracted in a maximum likelihood fit. Our inclusive and hadronic analyses yield consistent results for the $B^{+}\rightarrow K^{+}ν\barν$ branching fraction of $\left[2.7\pm 0.5(\mathrm{stat})\pm 0.5(\mathrm{syst})\right] \times 10^{-5}$ and $\left[1.1^{+0.9}_{-0.8}(\mathrm{stat}){}^{+0.8}_{-0.5}(\mathrm{syst})\right] \times 10^{-5}$, respectively. Combining the results, we determine the branching fraction of the decay $B^{+}\rightarrow K^{+}ν\barν$ to be $\left[2.3 \pm 0.5(\mathrm{stat})^{+0.5}_{-0.4}(\mathrm{syst})\right]\times 10^{-5}$, providing the first evidence for this decay at $3.5$ standard deviations. RTPS Attack Dataset Description

Search for the decay $B_s^0\to J/ψπ^0$ at Belle experiment

The ratio is measured via a two-dimensional fit… ▽ More We present a measurement of the ratio of partial branching fractions of the semi-leptonic inclusive decays, $\overline{B} \to X_{u} \ell \overlineν$ to $\overline{B} \to X_{c} \ell \overlineν$, where $\ell = (e, μ)$, using the full Belle sample of $772 \times 10^{6}$ $B \kern 0.18em\overline{\kern -0.18em B}$ pairs collected at the $Υ(4S)$ resonance. The ratio is measured via a two-dimensional fit to the squared four-momentum transfer to the lepton pair, and the charged lepton energy in the $B$ meson rest frame, where the latter must be larger than $1$ Ge\kern -0.1em V, covering approximately $86\%$ and $78\%$ of the $\overline{B} \to X_{u} \ell \overlineν$ and $\overline{B} \to X_{c} \ell \overlineν$ phase space, respectively. We find $Δ\mathcal{B}(\overline{B} \to X_{u} \ell \overlineν)/ Δ\mathcal{B}(\overline{B} \to X_{c} \ell \overlineν) = 0.0196(1 \pm 8.4\%_{\rm stat} \pm 7.9\%_{\rm syst})$ where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. In addition, we report the partial branching fractions separately for charged and neutral $B$ meson decays, and for electron and muon decay channels. We place a limit on isospin breaking in $\overline{B} \to X_{u} \ell \overlineν$ decays, and find no indication of lepton flavor universality violation in either the charmed or charmless mode. Furthermore, we unfold the $\overline{B} \to X_{u} \ell \overlineν$ and $\overline{B} \to X_{c} \ell \overlineν$ yields and report the differential ratio in lepton energy and four-momentum transfer squared. △ Less
