language is an indicator of the dynamism of the culture, and the dynamism of the culture is an
indicator of the dynamism of the language. This relationship and interaction between
language and culture has historically interested many scholars and philosophers. The
observation of more serious studies and theoretical analyzes on the basis of the study of this
relationship and influence in the last century shows how relevant and important the topic is.

a person, is the main condition, support and means of theoretical activity and socialization,
which is a basic necessity for cultural life. Language reflects the priorities of each culture. In
fact, language is the basis of culture. The transmission, preservation and understanding of
culture is possible thanks to language. Language not only creates a description of reality, it
also shapes reality itself. Language is the main tool for thinking and understanding the
surrounding. Results: The relationship between language and culture from the linguodidactic
point of view is that language has a close relationship with culture. Language reflects the
general culture of society and is an integral part of it. Understanding the cultural concepts and
characteristics of language is essential for effective intercultural communication. Foreign
language teaching should include integration of national language and culture as well as
comparative cultural analysis to promote tolerance, respect for cultural pluralism and
preservation of cultural identity. A comparative analysis of some phraseological units in
different languages can help students better understand the features of the phraseological
system and avoid mistakes in understanding and using idioms. Discussion and Conclusion:

underlie social behavior. The relationship between language and culture is a topic of debate,
and understanding different perspectives can improve language teaching and learning.

verb in Azerbaijani: Feili sifat (the Participle), masdar (The Infinitive) and feili baghlama (Crerund).
The verbals do not express person, number or mood; therefore they cannot be used as the predicate of the sentence. Like the finite forms of the verb the verbals have tense and voice distinction. One of the non-finite form of verbs, Participle is the most mysterious phenomenon
of grammar with an uncertain status in it. Having forms, meanings and functions which are necessary for naming them as a part of speech, however they are not included in it. Verbals have dual lexico-grammatical meaning: thus the participle has verbal and adjectival features in both languages.
In both languages, the characteristic feature of the participle which belongs to the verb is that it has the form of action, manner, tense, negativeness, and voice.
Participle has peculiar combinability resembling partly that of the adjective. In both languages, the adjectival features of the participle : describes or modifies nouns, comes before the word it describes, is used in the function of the attribute, becomes substantivized, answers
the adjective questions.
In the modern Azerbaijani language, the participle, which precedes the word and answering the questions of the adjective, mainly becomes attribute.Participle has the syntactical functions of the attribute and others. But its syntactical functions are different from finite verb, it is generally not used independently, it can be a part of the sentence members.
