何かものを制作するうえで気をつけていることがあるのでメモする。 スケジュール配分について、決まったペースで作業するんじゃなくて、最初に一気に7割まで作るっていうのやってる。 例えば、1ヶ月で30ページの本を作るとする。このとき、1日1ページずつ作るんじゃなくて、最初の1週間で一通りのページを7割の完成度まで作って、残りの3割にはそれ以上の時間をかけてブラッシュアップするようにしてる。図にすると下記のようになる。縦軸が「全体に対して手を入れた部分の割合」、横軸が「締め切りまでの時間」。（このグラフ作って思い出したけど、数年前にどこかのサイトで見たことある気がしてきた。つまりこの記事もそれの受け売りということになるかもしれない。）
