    DARPAは10日、競技会形式の災害用ロボット開発プロジェクト「Robotics Challenge」について正式発表した。プレスリリースはここ。大会への参加方法など、公募内容の詳細を記した計画書はここからPDFをダウンロードできる。 計画書は42ページで、内容にざっと目を通した。プレスリリースには「encouraging participation from around the world（世界中からの参加を促す）」と書いてあるが、計画書は特に海外からの参加の仕方に言及していない。ということは全く米国籍の有無に関わらず、同等に参加資格があるということなのだろうか。IEEE Automatonの記事によると、「The program is open to international teams, and there are no requirements to have ties to
