In this connection ZDHC MRSL Version 1.1 update to MRSL Version 3.0 including new hazardous chemical group, brands asking for Oekotex 100, Oekotex SteP, GOTS, OCS, GRS,ISO-14001, SEDEX 4 pillar, ZDHC WWGL 2.1 wastewater & sludge test reports, ZDHC Level 3 conformant chemical input, No detection of ZDHC MRSL parameter in the outlet, HIGG INDEX, carbon reduction initiatives, SBTi, updated technologies etc. but regarding corresponding funding no one is giving more profit margin, or more price rate to upgrade the environmental compliance status or to implement the mitigation measures or abatement process. So, the more the environmental requirements the more the RMG sector is being riskier to survive in market. Moreover, sometimes the facilities are bound to import raw materials from the nominated areas. Which finally & heavly impact on environmental compliance in the factory level. Therefore, in this study we are trying to disclose the environmental compliance status & challenges on mitigation measures.

Owing to this climate changing the vector suitabale temperature & timeframe is goin to be increased in Europe. Although COP26 agenda like limiting carbon emission to keep global warming below 2-1.5, raised a fund of 100 billion pledge to support the vulnerable countries, climate fund toward adaptation, finalizing the Paris Agreement & mechanism for loss & damage have been declared but still the program like Worldwide carbon taxation & SBTi is not effectively implemented. Besides most of the countries are not aware of tracking scope 1, 2, & 3 energy emissions, implementing abatement process due to lack of fund & consequently the global warming & climate change is still not effectively manageable. As a result, the virus like Chikungunya, SARS COV 2, get the suitable temperature to grow, spread, create new variation & replicate itself. So, in this research my objective is to identify the vulnerable impact of climate change on Future outlook & direction of Chikungunya virus.

ABCA3 is involved in lipid secretion via LGs from alveolar type II cells, and missense mutations in ABCA12 have been reported to cause lamellar ichthyosis type 2, a milder form of ichthyosis. Therefore, we hypothesized that HI might be caused by mutations that lead to serious ABCA12 defects. We identify 5 distinct ABCA12 mutations, either in a compound heterozygous or homozygous state, in patients from 4 HI families. Harlequin ichthyosis (HI) is a devastating skin disorder with an unknown underlying cause. Abnormal keratinocyte lamellar granules (LGs) are a hallmark of HI skin. All the mutations resulted in truncation or deletion of highly conserved regions of ABCA12. Immunoelectron microscopy revealed that ABCA12 localized to LGs in normal epidermal keratinocytes. We confirmed that ABCA12 defects cause congested lipid secretion in cultured HI keratinocytes and succeeded in obtaining the recovery of LG lipid secretion after corrective gene transfer of ABCA12. We concluded that ABCA12 works as an epidermal keratinocyte lipid transporter and that defective ABCA12 results in a loss of the skin lipid barrier, leading to HI. Our findings not only allow DNA-based early prenatal diagnosis but also suggest the possibility of gene therapy for HI.

The present study is aimed at identifying and comparing the present condition of the health and safety environment in a embroidery, printing and accessories company with the relevant laws. The nature of this study is exclusively a case study. Personal observation and interview schedule were used to conduct the survey. 10% of the total population (i.e. 30) was selected randomly as the sample size which covers workers, concerned departmental executives, supervisors and managers of the garment company. It has been revealed from the present study that the sample organization does not follow all the provisions regarding health, hygiene and safety of workers as per the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rule 2015.This study found out that the improper eye wash station in the chemical handling area and insufficient number of trained firefighters in the factory; one compressor was found open in the printing section; the factory has exceeded the legal weekly working hour limit of 60 hours, according to Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, section-102 in the month of Aug’17, January’18 and April’18; one day weekly-off according to the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, section-103 was not adhered to the worker by the factory in the month of January’18, March’18 and April’18; the workers in the rib accessories section and embroidery section were not using ear plug; and the latrines, washrooms, dust beans and spittoons are not clean at all times. Finally, some important recommendations are given to improve the health and safety environment of the sample organization on the basis of findings. Also it has been suggested that the garment organizations, concerned stakeholders and regulatory body (including government of Bangladesh) should be sincere to improve the overall health and safety environment of the garment and such embroidery, printing and accessories industry in Bangladesh.
