The political philosophy of Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guatarri will be used to account for the multiplicity of the movement in question. It seeks to find new connections with constructivism to postulate an innovative epistemological perspective.

Abstract: This article tends to approach the concepts of experience and narrative invented by Walter Benjamin, with regards to think about time and its intensity and singularities. For that, it will produce traces of resonance with the Gilles Deleuze's philosophy, extracting the issue of time as a field of common consistency between both philosophers. Bergson's memory, as Deleuze examines, will be mobilized in order to function as the narrator memory and to conquest a singular ethics expression.

Abstract: This piece aims to discuss the philosophical character of history from resonances between the works of Walter Benjamin and Michel Foucault. Therefore, this paper will analyse the political bias of Benjamin underscored by the epistemological perspective of Foucault and his genealogical method inspired by Nietzsche's philosophy. The objective is to show the power of history and its becomings under a disruptive regime.

The Covid-19 pandemic has intensified the political dynamics that have been in course since the 2008 global crisis. Geopolitics, the relation between power-politics and territory, is arguably shaping contemporary international relations, as a new Cold War between the United States and China takes place. However, assessing geopolitics by its 19th-century perspective is conspicuously anachronic and incapable of dealing with such a complex political environment. Hence, drawing on a post-structuralist Deleuzian approach, this piece grapples with the question of the singular difference brought by the repetition of geopolitics in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. It intends to analyze international politics so as to tackle the aftermath of this global crisis. The main hypothesis is that, in the so-called geopolitics of the virus, the struggle for power takes place in a global existential affective territory called the noosphere, which symbolically composes the Leviathan’s skin.
The Political and Strategic impacts of the U.S. Advantage at Sea 2020 for the Brazilian Maritime Domain, 2021

Our main goal was to briefly indicate the impact of this document on Brazil, both politically and strategically. We contextualise the U.S strategic maritime documents since the 9/11 attacks, highlight the main concepts of the current USAS and elaborate on the consequences for Brazil. Our key finding was that, from a political standpoint, the USAS brings challenges to Brazil when qualifying enemies such as Russia and China. On the other hand, the focus on interoperability and new technologies might contribute to Brazil’s future maritime strategy. This brief analysis is divided into three parts: the first intends to contextualise the U.S strategic maritime documents since the 9/11 attacks; the second aims to summarize the USAS’ most relevant concepts for Brazil’s Sea Power, and the third part elaborates on the overall consequences for Brazil.

At the end of the nineteenth century, a scientific discourse creating new technologies had been increasing since the first industrial revolution. However, despite the striking changes in ships and warships amplifying maritime commerce, transforming naval warfare and changing ships' millennial wooden silhouette, Mahan does not mention the word "technology". Writing at the peak of this period in 1890, he extensively discusses England's naval history during the age of sail. Nonetheless, Mahan was part of the epis-temological scene of nineteenth century United States, relying on a scientific view of history. Therefore, it will be demonstrated the extent to which his epistemological view was influenced by technology.

Abstract: This article seeks to think about the new perspectives inaugurated by the use Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships and their impact on the human factor as one of the constituents of sea power in the work of Geoffrey Till. It is intended to elaborate an analysis regarding the problems of the present, in the context of the so-called society of control, as Gilles Deleuze describes in his works.
