As Vice President and Head of Learning & Development at DaVita, Gordon oversees DaVita University, Redwoods, and the Learning Center of Excellence, focusing on transforming learning within the DaVita Village to support the company's Employer of Choice mission and strategic business objectives.
A serial intrapreneur, Gordon brings extensive expertise in corporate transformation, executive leadership, business development, and global HR. He has a unique ability to blend strategy for the workforce's digital and physical contexts, ensuring organizations are equipped to thrive in an evolving work environment. His customer-focused approach allows him to anticipate, influence, and efficiently deliver complex programs that enable organizational success.
With over 25 years of global experience, Gordon previously co-founded Visa University and served as the Global Head for HR Systems, emphasizing the creation of a culture of learning and belonging. At Accenture, he held several leadership roles, guiding capability transformations that aligned learning strategies with organizational goals and business results.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Gordon is deeply committed to community impact. He serves on the board of Girls Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering & Petroleum Refining from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA in Commerce from Regis University.
