公式フォーラムに一時的な解決策があった。
ソフトウェアの描写設定を切り替える設定らしい。
変更にはレジストリ操作が必要なので、自己責任で。
1. Click Start and enter "regedt32" in the search box, followed by Enter.

2. If asked whether you want to allow this program to make changes, click Yes.
3. Expand Computer and HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT (HKCR).
4. Scroll down until you find the Software entry under HKCR.
5. Right-click on Software and select New-->Key. Enter "Evernote" as the key name.
6. Right-click on Evernote and select New-->Key. Enter "Evernote" as the key name.
7. Right-click on this second Evernote key and select New-->String Value. Enter "RenderMode" as the Value name.
8. Double-click on RenderMode and enter "SoftwareOnly" as the Value data and click OK.
9. Exit Registry Editor and start Evernote.
