The main world problem is the system that we created long ago to benefit the rich and exclude the poor. poverty is a creation of a malfunctioning system without a doubt. Financial crises have never ended but hidden within the lies of the main system actors, the financial system has been designed for capital interest without any human aspect. Humans are only numbers and divided into 2 parts, producers and consumers, the control for the stronger with no ethical or moral aspects. both have been considered as weaknesses within the system by eliminating them the system has created mass financial, social, and humanitarian devastation. We are all prisoners of the system starting from educational manipulations and preparation of new soldiers of the system, the workplace and carrot merit for donkeys, the way we consume, and our way of living. the individualism style with almost zero morality has created great cancer that must be eliminated.

Millions have been infected, lost their lives, other millions have lost their jobs and hundreds of thousands of SMEs have faced bankruptcy. In addition to the non-regulatory global response with conflicting decisions from one country to another, unfortunately, no solo model would be considered applicable in such a crisis (Raza Rabbani, al. 2021). The current crisis is unclicked to the 2008 crisis because that was not caused by bank operational regimes but it's a human crisis that Banks must be part of the solution (UN Secretary-general 2020). The entire world government must coordinate on a high level that can limit the damage. Unfortunately, the unbalanced of the vaccinated population is shown otherwise 60 percent of the global north and developed countries against only 3 percent of poor economy countries. That also reflected the marginalization that almost 200 million people have lost their jobs mostly poor including women and global economic growth has declined to 5 percent. The objective of this paper is to track the causes, effects, and responses by comparing both mainstream financial institutions and Islamic financial mechanism responses during crises.

The speed spread of technology and accessibility of mobile phones and smartphones has added a great additional value to the microfinance industry. From front office operating time-saving to back office, cost efficiency, MFIs were finally able to reduce their transitional and operating cost, reach and scale their territories where they were more able to serve larger client segments. Technology is produced in the North to serve the people of the South, especially those who are traditionally excluded from financial services and live in rural areas. Adding both social and financial inclusion, Fintech could be considered a solution for such a critical global issue. The business model of mobile-based payment has been in rising with the high competition from traditional financial players. Still, the model is more spread in the South due to the socioeconomic factors than in the more advantaged social and financially educated sectors in the North. Limitations of the mobile-based payment in the European microfinance sector, are due to rigid regulation and highly competitive commercial mobile banking. The discussion of the paper will be around the subject of digitalization in microfinance in Europe with the investigation of the differences between both North and South models and the main reasons for such limitations in the European context.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) together with histology takes a major role in determining the tumor type and predicting their biological behavior and differentiating them from adrenal cortical carcinoma. Appropriate radiological investigation is necessary to rule out metastatic disease from primary tumors elsewhere in the body. In this case, we report a primary leiomyosarcoma of the adrenal gland in a 61-year-old Bahraini male clinically presumed to be a renal neoplasm.

Their chemical structures were confirmed using spectroscopic tools including IR, (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR mass spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The results showed no significant cytotoxic activity on either cancer or normal human cells. Anti-inflammatory activity for all target compounds was evaluated in vitro. Compounds 5a-h were found to have better anti-inflammatory activity than 4a-l. The inhibitory activity of COX-2 and 5-LOX were tested for 5a-h. Three compounds, 5c, 5d and 5f showed excellent COX-2 inhibitory activity with IC50 ranging from 0.98 to 1.23 μM compared to the reference celecoxib (1.54 μM). These compounds had a reasonable selectivity index between 7.03 and 8.05. Additionally, p-methylbenzoyl derivative 5g (IC50 = 5.78 μM) had superior 5-LOX inhibitory activity, higher than quercetin. 5e was close to quercetin in its LOX inhibitory activity. Compounds 5a-h were docked inside the acti...

All the prepared compounds were fully characterized by all spectral and element analysis. Their anti-inflammatory activity and ulcer index were included. Pyrazoline 3f is the most effective with IC50=1.14 and 4.7μM against COX-2 and 15-LOX respectively, and more potent than celecoxib and meclofenamate references. In addition 3a, 3b, 5a, and 5b were safer with low ulcer index than celecoxib. Docking study was performed for the most active compounds such as 2b, 3a, and 3f on COX-2 and 15-LOX enzymes.

Hyperparathyroidism is a common finding in patients with renal insufficiency and parathyroid hormone (PTH) is considered a uremic toxin responsible for many of the abnormalities of the uremic state and bone disease. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of permeability of low-flux versus high-flux dialysis membranes on intact PTH during hemodialysis in children. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Forty-four children aged between 4 and 13 years old on regular hemodialysis were enrolled in a prospective study. Low-flux polysulfone membranes were used for at least 6 months and then the patients were switched to use high-flux polysulfone membranes for 3 months. Serum electrolytes and intact PTH before and after dialysis were compared before and after changes in dialysis membrane. RESULTS. At the end of the 3-month use of high-flux filters, predialysis intact PTH level (49.40 ± 19.64 ng/dL) showed a highly significant decline (P < .001) compared to the predialysis i...

Following a solid-phase extraction, the firocoxib and internal standard (celecoxib) were separated on an Agilent Zorbax ZDB C18 column (50 mm × 2.1 mm i.d., 3.5 μm) with a gradient elution using methanol and 0.1% aqueous formic acid. Data acquisition was performed at 25,000 resolution with the automatic gain set to 1,000,000 and the maximum injection time of 100 ms. Data were acquired in full-scan mode over a mass range of 100-550 Da in positive electrospray mode. Linear calibration curves were obtained over the concentration ranges of 0.5-200 ng/mL and no interfering peaks were detected at the retention time of firocoxib and internal standard in blank camel plasma samples. The mean extraction recoveries of firocoxib at three concentrations of 5, 25 and 75 ng/mL ranged from 92 to 104%. The accuracy of the method ranged from 95 to 107%. The validated method was then successfully applied in evaluating the pharmacokinetics and metabolism of firocoxib in camels (Camelus dromedarus) (n=5) following intravenous (i.v.) administration of a dose of 0.1 mgkg/body weight. The results obtained (mean ± SD) were as follows: the terminal elimination half-life (t₁/₂β) was 5.75 ± 2.26 h, and total body clearance (ClT) was 354.1 ± 82.6 mL/kg/h. The volume of distribution at steady state (VSS) was 2344.4 ± 238.7 mL/kg. One metabolite of firocoxib was tentatively identified as desalkyl firocoxib (m/z 283). Firocoxib could be detected in plasma 3-5 days following i.v. administration in camels using a sensitive liquid chromatography high-resolution orbitrap mass spectrometry method.

The results obtained (mean ± SD) were as follows: the terminal elimination half-life (t(1/2β) ) was 40.2 ± 16.8 h and total body clearance (Cl(T) ) was 1.94 ± 0.66 mL·kg/h. The volume of distribution at steady state (V(SS)) was 92.8 ± 13.7 mL/kg. One metabolite of meloxicam was tentatively identified as methylhydroxy meloxicam. Meloxicam and metabolite were excreted unconjugated in urine. Meloxicam could be detected in plasma 10 days following i.v. administration in camels using a sensitive liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) method.
