Hemokinski (C-C motivni) ligand 13 (CCL13) jest mali citokin koji pripada porodici CC hemokina. Njegov gen nalazi se na ljudskom hromosomu 17 unutar velike grupe drugih CC-hemokina.[5][6] CCL13 inducira hemotaksiju u monocitima, eozinofilima, T-limfocitima i bazofilima, vezanjem G-proteina na ćelijskoj površini, preko hemokinskih receptora, kao što su CCR2, CCR3 i CCR5.[7] Aktivnost ovog hemokina uključena je u alergijske reakcije kao što je astma.[8] CCL13 mogu inducirati upalni citokini interleukin-1 i TNF-α.
