Guiseley Association Football Club je nogometni klub iz Guiseleya, Engleska. Takmiči se u National League North, šestom rangu engleskog nogometa.
Klub je osnovan 1909. godine. Prvi uspjeh kluba je osvajanje Wharfedale League 1913. godine. Nakon prvog svjetskog rata je nastupao u Leeds League. 1924. godine postaje član West Riding County Amateur Football League. U sezoni 2014-15. ostvaruje promociju u Conference North, te postaje član National League.
Tradicionalne boje kluba su plava i bijela. Domaće utakmice igra na stadionu Nethermoor Park.
