I have ordered many items from Knix after discovering their amazing undergarments. I did have a couple of issues with products recently, (wrong size ordered and an issue with one of the cups in my luxe tank, so I contacted the company. They were quick to respond and resolved my concerns right away. Great products and fantastic customer service!! The time it took for my purchase to get to me was fairly quick considering I’m all the way over here in Australia, I have bought both the fleece and the summer pants and the quality of them is impeccable I haven’t had the chance to truly try the fleece in the cold yet but can’t wait for my next winter kayak/camping trip up the river and I absolutely love the summer pants, they are so light and breathable and perfect for work. I have already recommended Northbound Gear to so many of my friends
