Great products but was shown shipping costs on the order were reversed due to spending over $350.00, yet shipping costs of almost $20.00 were added to the order at the end. They wouldn’t reverse the charges.

I have been waiting for three and a half weeks for my order. I have not received it, nor have I received a response from this company to my query regarding the whereabouts of my order. I would not give this company one star. I would not give it any stars. My credit card was charged back in August, but Chicparfums has not sent my order, they just ask for a review!
