Any support ticket results in account ban. If you can live with glitches, some funds not going through from time to time - it's fine. Just do not ever contact them, you will be instantly banned.

I was also scammed. I opened a deposit, closed it soon after and tried to withdraw it. The money froze and after 10 days they started demanding verification. I passed it probably on the 10th try, but nothing changed. It is impossible to get past the verification page. I tried to download the android version, it requires verification again. I tried 8 times, after which I was blocked. Inquiries to technical support by email - deathly silence.

SCAMMERS, did business with them, listing my project's tokens on their platform. After a few days, they started to sell our tokens on some Decentralized Exchanges. I made a complaint, and later on, got my account blocked. DON'T do any business with them, you will lose your investments.

I encourage everyone who got scammed to report these to X and Tag E Musk on twitter. This platform is still freely operating X account. This is the same as the Financex.Trade before they just changed the scammy name

fcex banned/blocked account even though my coins were still there... I tried sending an email to fcex support, it turns out my email was marked as a scam
