Better than I expected, Marisol and Nicola were very professionals in their jobs. In the beggining I was very nervous but staff was very good, gave time to relax and take my time so I could overcome my nervousness. The exam itself was conducted with utmost professionalism. I would recommend any one to the Hamersmith branch of Trinity College.

Sat my B1 (GESE level 5) exam in the Bristol branch and it was a very smooth experience. I arrived well ahead of time and didn't even have to wait for my alloted slot. The office staff were pleasant and helpful, and the examiner was very friendly. It felt like a chat with a friend rather than an exam. Part of me wished we could have chatted some more!
I was sent my preliminary results (AA) first thing the following morning, so very happy with that.
Pro tip to anyone planning to take the exam: make sure to ask the examiner questions as well (it's not super clear from the official exam resources but it's actually one of the requirements)

At the beginning of the arrival, they treated me very kindly and helped me to go to the desired floor, which made me less stressed. In general, all the staff were very calm and kind, and more importantly, I didn't expect much to be on time, the environment was warm and friendly.

The service before and after the exam was nice, I especially remember Mrs. Jessica. The exam was easy, 10 minutes passed very quickly. I was surprised that the examiner was online via tablet and not live.

I received very thorough instructions about the exam beforehand. On the day of the test, their very welcoming staff ran a smooth process. Everything was perfectly on time, and the examiner was friendly. I was in and out without any problems, and I received my results without any delay.

The place is clean, good atmosphere especially all the staff are nice and approachable. The first exam I took also in Trinity and this is my 2nd one with there branch just the building different but overall satisfied.

I really appreciate the way I did my exam, because once there, I started after security check and registration. It was quick.
I had my result on time. The exam center was not far from my house. The staff were kind and helpful.
